Aims & Values

What are our Aims?

Provide community based Adult Placement services that promote independence and social inclusion for vulnerable adults.

Recruit, train and support Adult Placement Carers to provide services from their own homes, which promote the health and wellbeing of people placed with them and that are person centred and needs led.

Deliver quality services that follow Welsh Assembly Government good practice guidance and Regulations, and that are underpinned by a culture of trust, openness and integrity.

Offer flexible cost effective services that whilst increasing choices and options to Service Users, also reflect the purchasing priorities of commissioners and investors.
